The bed was super comfortable. I had a great night's sleep. The shower was really good too. The water pressure was perfect.

I was really disappointed with the lack of attention to detail. The hotel's website stated check-in starts at 2:00 p.m., but it actually began at 4:00 p.m., which was quite slow. This delay was frustrating. The hotel staff didn't offer any explanation for the wait, and they seemed abrupt when customers asked for clarification. I found the situation pretty annoying.

the location met my expectations. it sits in the center.

The room lighting proved insufficient. It made locating items in my luggage at night difficult even with the flashlight feature of my phone. i requested additional lighting, but reception did not fulfill this request . additionally, the curtain detached from its track which compromised the privacy. this created a sense of poor quality.

i found the location provided easy access to shops. diverse dining was also nearby giving me many culinary options to explore.

there was no staff readily available to assist me with bags.
